The hotel is in an excellent location for many sights, particularly Le Louvre, Madeleine, Opera Palais Garnier & the department stores with their wonderful, rooftop views. The room was pleasant with comfortable beds and extra touches, such as a selection of free cold drinks. Every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming, particularly the lovely Milouda who did a brilliant job running the breakfast room. There is a very good selection for breakfast, nice & fresh and topped up regularly. When breakfast is cleared away, a selection of snacks and hot and cold drinks is put out for you to help yourself to at any time. We would certainly stay here again.

The hotel itself was very well located near 3 different metro stops and was near great shopping centres and monuments. The room and bathroom were very clean. You really are getting value for money with this place! We also loved the free snack area that is available in the late afternoons/evenings.The staff at the venue really did make our stay. A big shout out to Heidi (I believe) who was extremely kind, thoughtful and accomodating when we stayed at the hotel for the Paris Olympics. Not only did we get welcome bags, but she was happy to provide recommendations for good restaurants and went above and beyond. Hope to stay here again one day!

The hotel exceeded all expectations. All the staff looked after us 24/7. The people at the reception and all the staff were very friendly and attentive to us. The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything you need. There is an electric kettle and a minibar. Breakfast - choose whatever you like. The baked goods are impeccable. After lunch they offer a snack if you are at the hotel. On the day of departure we were allowed to leave our things until we needed to leave. We felt as comfortable as possible. Many thanks to the hotel staff!

The hotel is located between Palais Garnier and La Madeleine. If you like walking, there is almost no need for metro because Louvre takes 15-20 minutes, Eiffel Tower 30 minutes by walking. The neighborhood is quite safe, I haven’t seen any inconvenience while walking at night. The minibar is refilled with mineral water, orange juice daily. Besides, there is free snack bar with some croissants and coffee at the reception. The room is quite basic but clean.

Goktug

Close location to Opera. Many restaurants close by. Excellent wifi. Free minibar refreshed everyday (alcohol free only drinks). Friendly staff (I was asked if I prefer lower or upper level of my room). Excellent breakfast (huge variety to choose from), good coffee. Possibility to get free coffee/tea during day in other hotels of this chain around Paris (you get a map of them). So far the best hotel (out of 10 approximately) that I had in Paris.
